Who we areThe Jamestown Community Food Pantry is an independent 501(c)(3) non-profit organization which serves individuals, families, the young, and the elderly throughout the Jamestown community. The goal of the JCFP is to ensure that children, families, and seniors receive the food they need to live healthy, productive lives. We rely on the generous donations and support of individuals, corporations, foundations, and fundraisers, all essential for us to meet our goals and improve the lives of those in need.
The JCFP is an all-volunteer organization, and there are no paid staff positions. All donations and contributions to the Jamestown Community Food Pantry are 100% dedicated to supporting the ongoing operations of the food pantry to meet the needs of the Jamestown community. The varied skills and talents of our outstanding team of volunteers support not only the day-to-day operations of the JCFP, but extend throughout all facets of the organization, including management, planning, fundraising, and facilitating all aspects of our outreach to the community. |
